Super Liquid Folate™ skilar 400 mcg af fólati (tæknilega kallað virkt B9 vítamín) (680 mcg DFE) ásamt B12 vítamíni (methylcobalamin) í þægilegu fljótandi formi.

Fólat er nauðsynlegt næringarefni sem er mikilvægt fyrir heilbrigða frumuskiptingu, vöxt og fósturþroska.

Fólat gegnir einnig hlutverki í því að viðhalda réttu hómósýsteinmagni sem styður hjarta- og æðaheilbrigði. Hómósýsteinferlið veitir einnig efni sem eru nauðsynleg fyrir nýmyndun DNA og RNA.

Þessi fljótandi vara er tilvalin fyrir einstaklinga sem hafa aukna næringarþörf, eins og konur á barneignaraldri eða barnshafandi konur, þar sem þörf fyrir fólat tvöfaldast á meðgöngu.
